Position Description
Would you like to join one of Wisconsin's most stable financial institutions?
Bank Mutual currently has an opportunity in the Kenosha area for an individual with proven sales and loan origination skills. In this position you will be responsible for growing and developing Bank Mutual's residential mortgage business by originating mortgage loans. You will actively develop business relationships within the community to secure new mortgage loan customers by making sales calls and attending community functions. The successful candidate will ensure that all loan applications are compliant with bank policy, and provide follow-up to ensure a successful closing, all while delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in mortgage lending or other mortgage related sales position, and reside in a community within the coverage area. We are seeking a self-motivated, goal -oriented individual with solid detail orientation. Strong knowledge of lending products, sales skills and the ability to work independently are required.
