Life Enrichment Assistant

 

Villa St. Francis is seeking a motivated, energetic person who loves to inspire older adults to be creative and active in our community-based residential care facility (CBRF) in a value-based environment!  The Life Enrichment Assistant will provide programs to help the seniors maintain optimal levels of mental, physical, and social functioning based on individual needs and interest.  Experience with arts and crafts and knowlegde with computer-based programs is beneficial in this position.  Prior experience working with the elderly is required.  The position will work 20 hours per week including evenings and weekends.  A successful candidate will have good computer skills, be flexible, and a natural motivator and team-builder.
