Account Representative

Arrow Payments is seeking talented, energetic and outgoing Account Representatives to add to our staff. We are a well established firm looking for individuals to sell our services and products to businesses including doctors, attorneys, restaurant owners and more. While sales experience is encouraged, it is not essential to finding the right candidates.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Some college experience
• An outgoing personality, self-motivation, drive and positive attitude
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrate the ability to negotiate successful outcomes
• Excellent time management capabilities

• Must be comfortable and self-assured in making presentations to any audience
• Ability to build relationships with executives, business professionals and decision makers

While prior sales experience is helpful, we have a training program that incorporates sales, marketing, financial communication and presentation so having no sales experience will not disqualify you. Our comprehensive training program provides unlimited support and mentorship throughout your career. Compensation includes daily income options + commission + bonus with no earning cap. Your manager will go on sales calls with you to ensure you are closing business right away.
