Our Custom Ingredients Group serves the needs of the food processing industry with innovative whey products that are all specially derived from 100%, farm-fresh, Grade A milk. They provide highly functional solutions for a wide variety of food formulation challenges in products like ice cream, baby foods, dairy dips and spreads, salad dressings, sauces, gravies, seasonings and many others.

Our cheese making facilities, along with our technology center and home offices, provide strong encouragement, support, and a secure future for more than 600 Associates.
